Enjoy the ultimate PTMF WPB Experience in VIP. The VIP ticket includes access to:

WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH PALM CLUB
The Palm Club Luxury Experience includes all of the amenities of GA and VIP along with:
• Private luxury table for 10 guests
• Exclusive access to our Palm Club, with prime stage views
• Premium table service with a dedicated host.
• Dedicated trailer restrooms: private and heated facilities
• Exclusive Palm Club drop-off, parking, and private entrance.

Brightline Trains

As the Official Transportation Partner of Palm Tree Festival West Palm Beach, Brightline will drop you off steps away from the venue—on time and ready to go.

With stations in Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Aventura, and Miami, ride to the Brightline West Palm Beach Station for easy arrival and departure from our festival—just a 15-minute walk from our front gate.

The last Brightline train from West Palm Beach to Miami departs at 12:04 AM.

Carpool, rideshare, or public transportation is strongly encouraged.

This event is all-ages to enter. Palm Club is 21+.
You must be 21+ to consume alcohol.

Please be prepared to show a government-issued ID if you plan to visit the box office or consume alcohol.

THIS IS A CASHLESS FESTIVAL.
Please bring debit cards, credit cards, or Apple Pay.

No re-entry.

Prohibited Items

• Non-clear backpacks and bags larger than 6" x 8" x 3"
• Non-clear drawstring backpacks
• Weapons of any kind (including pocket knives and firearms)
• Illegal substances
• Aerosol / spray sunscreen
• Glow-sticks (glow bracelets and necklaces are permitted)
• Alcohol (will be sold at the festival)
• Food items (will be sold at the festival)
• Glass or cans of ANY kind
• Video or audio recording equipment (including GoPros – no video recording will be allowed)
• Professional still camera equipment with a detachable lens longer than 2 inches, tripods, big zooms, or commercial-use rigs
• Skateboards, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles
• Bicycles (not allowed inside festival grounds)
• Strollers, wagons, or carts of any kind
• Hammocks or slack lines
• Fireworks and explosives
• Instruments and laser pointers
• Umbrellas
• Selfie sticks of ANY kind, including GoPro sticks
• Spray paint, large markers, or aerosol cans (including sunscreen)
• Picnic baskets
• Coolers
• Liquids (excluding personal-sized hand sanitizers, which are permitted)
• Lawn furniture or any chairs with legs
• Large inflatables
• Tents
• Pets (except service animals)
• Drones
• Laptops
• Totems or flags
• Threatening signs or apparel
• Illegal vending (unauthorized or unlicensed vendors are not permitted)
• Any other items deemed unsafe or inappropriate by event or venue management

Allowed Bags & Refillable Water Bottles

While we encourage fans to come bag-free, we understand that is not always possible. Please help us ensure a smooth entry by only bringing the following approved items:

• Backpacks and bags made of clear plastic, clear vinyl, or clear PVC
• Small bags, fanny packs, or purses up to 6” x 8” x 3” (do not have to be clear)
• Empty refillable water bottles and dedicated hydration packs with a bladder capacity under 2.5L / 150 in³ and no more than one additional pocket

Standard-size backpacks with hydration bladders are not permitted.

All entrances to our festival site are ADA accessible and include a dedicated ADA entry lane.

We will have limited ADA parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis in our ADA parking lot.
