WHAT TO WEAR
Palm Tree Music Festival is taking place outdoors during the winter in Aspen at night.
Please dress for the cold (winter jackets, warm socks, gloves, beanies etc).
The GA section will be on the snow, so choose your footwear accordingly (we recommend waterproof shoes).

A General Admission ticket grants entry to Rio Grande Park for Friday and/or Saturday plus includes access to:
• The on snow standing room section closest to the stage (alongside VIP)
• Bars featuring mixed spirits, beer, wine and seltzers

WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH VIP
Enjoy the ultimate PTMF Aspen Experience in VIP. The 2-Day VIP ticket allows you admittance to Rio Grande Park for Friday and Saturday and includes access to:
• Exclusive front-row, off-snow access to the shows
• Unlimited access to our NEW heated VIP lounge with prime stage views

Note that The Palm Club is both heated and covered but only partially enclosed. As it will still be winter outside, we advise guests to dress for the cold. The Palm Club is 21+ only.

GETTING HERE

Festival Grounds: Rio Grande Park is a 5-minute walk from downtown Aspen & Rubey Park Transit Center
We strongly encourage guests to take advantage of the City of Aspen’s Free Shuttles and walk to the festival grounds

No Parking: There is no parking at Rio Grande Park or surrounding areas

BAG POLICY
All bags will be searched upon entry
Maximum bag size: 20”x20”x12”
No hydration packs (complimentary water available)

FESTIVAL RE-ENTRY
Re-entry is allowed
Wristbands must be scanned upon exit at the gate in order to re-enter that same day
Patrons subject to security check upon re-entry

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Professional cameras and professional recording (photo, video, audio) equipment
(NO large professional detachable zoom lenses, stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks (selfie sticks) or other commercial equipment)
Drones or any other remote flying devices
Outside food or beverage (including alcohol) of any kind
Weapons or explosives of any kind
Pets (except service animals)

Tickets & Wristband Policy:
• Wristbands will be mailed in advance of the festival
• Roaring Fork Valley Wristbands are will-call only
• Valid proof of Roaring Fork Valley residency required upon pick-up
• All sales are FINAL – no refunds and no exchanges
• Only wristbands purchased through Front Gate Tickets are valid
• If you purchased from an unauthorized source and/or the ticket is counterfeit, you will not be allowed entry
• Wristbands MUST be worn securely on the wrist and cannot be slipped on and off
• Wristbands must be scanned upon exit at the gate in order to re-enter that same day
• Wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE
• Do NOT remove between days, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry
• Subsequent and/or multiple presentations of a counterfeited wristband are VOID and will be seized by Festival security staff
• Wristbands that are damaged, lost or stolen can be replaced for the original purchaser ONE TIME ONLY
• THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS WRISTBAND POLICY.

The wristband is a revocable license to attend the Festival and you, the Holder, are subject to the Festival policies and protocols.
The Festival Producer reserves the right to revoke the wristband without refund at any time if Producer, in its sole discretion, finds that Holder is noncompliant with Festival protocols, is a safety risk, has violated any Producer or Venue policy or law, or may bring Producer or the Festival into disrepute.
Holder voluntarily assumes all risks, hazards, and dangers incident to Holder attending the Festival, including the risk of personal injury and loss of or damage to Holder’s property.
Holder releases Producer, its assignees, and the Venue from all liability associated with the access granted by Holder’s wristband at the Festival.
Unlawful sale or attempted sale is prohibited.
Unauthorized use and/or duplication of this wristband, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of the Festival Producer is strictly prohibited

Box office hours, location & pick-up details:
• Thursday 4pm-7pm
• Friday 1:30pm-8:30pm
• Saturday 1:30pm-8:30pm
• If your wristbands were not mailed to you / are at will call or if you need a replacement wristband, you can pick them up at our festival box office located next to the West Entrance
• A government-issued ID that matches the name on the order is required to verify your order and pick up wristbands
• If your wristband was mailed to you, don’t forget to bring it!

Are tickets transferable?
No. Tickets are not transferable, even if you are unable to attend one of the festival dates.

Shipping:
We currently only offer wristband shipments within the U.S. and are unable to accommodate international shipments.
If international, you can pick up your wristbands at our festival box office located next to the West Entrance.
